1,000 Pound Challenge

Back Squat     Deadlift     Bench Press

The 1,000 Pound Challenge consists of three lifts used in powerlifting.
The lifts are the Back Squat, the Deadlift, and Bench Press.

Open to Soldiers, Families, Civilians, and Contractors.

Participants will have a total time of one hour to complete all three lifts.
The highest lift in each event will be recorded.
Each participants top 3 lifts will be added together and then their bodyweight will be subtracted for overall total score.
