Help us raise awareness about Breast Cancer through the use of exercise.

This event is to raise awareness.
Participants will complete ten sets of the following exercises:
Box Jump Burpees
Row (20 meters)
Elevated Pushups
Ab Situps
Squats
Tricep Dips
