In partnership with the Tennessee Association of Vintage Baseball, Fort Campbell is hosting its first ever vintage baseball game at Perez field on August 13, 2022.
This prestigious gentleman's game was held during the Civil War to educate and entertain.
They played with 1864 Gentlemen style rules that contained no gloves and all players had nicknames.
Opening ceremony starts at 11am.
This event is free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Special guests include the Honor Guard and the Pratt Museum.
