The instructor will teach various self defense styles and moves.

The instructor will teach various self defense styles and moves.
Everything taught will be solely for defense purposes, nothing will be taught that will encourage the audience to be the aggressor but to instead focus on self preservation first and foremost.
Pads and protective equipment will be used.
Must be age 18 and over to enter Warrior Zone.
